The compact VPort P16-1MP-M12-IR cameras provide an HD (720P, 1280 x 720) video image, and feature an H.264/MJPEG IP dome, giving them the versatility and ruggedness to excel in many different installations and environments for mobile IP video surveillance applications. In addition, the cameras feature EN 50155 compliance, vandal-proofing (EN 62262 IK8), a -25°C to 55°C or -40°C to 70°C (-T models) operating temperature, a rugged M12 Ethernet port, one audio input, PoE power inputs, IP66 rain and dust protection and an IR illuminator for day & night image capability. Impulse supplies and configures a wide range of EN 50155 certified devices such as Ethernet switches, wireless communication, embedded PCs and RTU controllers. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
