The W24L100-CHA2 is an industrial HD1080 ready wall-mount LCD with a rugged yet sleek aluminium chassis and is an ideal solution for control rooms, point-of-sale and multimedia applications.

The W24L100-CHA2 can be mounted via the VESA mounting holes located on the rear of the chassis either upon a wall, desk or ceiling using our range of VESA brackets, arms and poles.

Touch screen options are available including resistive technology with USB or RS-232 interfaces. A full cable set is included for easy connection to existing computing equipment. The default colour of the chassis is black. If you require a silver chassis contact our technical sales team.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
