The Advantech WISE-4610 LoRa/LoRaWAN outdoor sensor node is designed to attach a choice of sensors to and integrating them into a Wide Area Network with a wireless communication range of 5km the WISE-4610 also has a long battery life due to the low power consumption of the LoRa network. Furthermore, the WISE-4610's built-in solar rechargeable battery and 10V to 50V external power supply eliminates power supply issues reducing the need for frequent battery changes. The WISE-4610 supports DIN-rail, wall, pole and stack mounting solutions and has IP65-grade housing and the M12 waterproof connector provide the device with enhanced protection for outdoor use. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
