EV charging now available for staff and customers
We're celebrating our fancy new EV chargers this week as we've switched them on for the first time after a 1st class install by Nick at Ev-olved Electrical and Ian at Allied Electrical Services.Love them or hate them electric vehicles are here to stay, and we have only good things to say about the first few cars in our EV fleet. They're smooth, quiet, efficient, and of course they help towards a greener and pollution free future for us and our future generations.
The new charge points at Impulse HQ allow us to charge up to four EVs simultaneously, which will allow not only our staff but also our customers with electric vehicles to take a well-earned pitstop and charge whilst visiting our facility. And our plans don't stop there, as our EV fleet grows, we will continue to invest in more points as and when there is the demand.
The investment in these chargers goes hand in hand with our sustainability focus for 2022 and the onward into the future. We've already installed multiple new recycling points around the facility, and we have plenty more initiatives in the pipeline which we can't wait to share this year.
