The 8004e PCI Express digital I/O interface provides 16 optically isolated inputs and 16 Reed relay outputs. The isolated inputs protect the PC and other sensitive equipment from spikes and ground loop currents that can be generated in industrial environments. The outputs provide high quality, long life, dry contact switch closures suitable for low current applications. The reed relays are normally open, and close when energized. The board is PCI Express X1 compliant and is compatible with any PCI Express slot. The inputs on the 8004e are rated for 3-13V. For 10-30V inputs, order the 8004He. Sealevel's SeaI/O Classic software drivers and utilities make installation and operation easy using Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating systems.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
