ADAM-4520 is a rugged and industrial grade RS-232 to RS-422/485 serial converter. It’s simple and easy to configure form factor enables you to mount the ADAM-4520 on a standard DIN-rail, or piggy-backed off another ADAM modules. Part of the Advantech ADAM range, the ADAM-4520 comes with a standard two year warranty and is backed by a worldwide support network. The ADAM-4520 features a 3,000V DC isolation barrier to protect your communication line from power surges and other many other industrial threats. Surge protection is also featured on the RS-485 line. For easy integration the ADAM-4520 supports a wide +10V to +30V DC power input range and has reserved spaces for termination resistors. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
