The ADAM-5024 is a 4-channel analog output module. It receives the digital input from the ADAM-5000 system or the host computer on RS-485 network.

The format of the data is engineering units. It then uses the D/A converter controlled by the system module to convert the digital data into output signals. You can specify slew rates and start up currents through the configuration software.

The analog output can also be configured as current or voltage through the software utility. The module protects your equipment from ground loops and power surges by providing optical isolation of the D/A output and transformer based isolation up to 500V DC.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
