The AIMB-2710 is a Mini-ITX industrial motherboard designed for compact embedded systems that require modern Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processing, strong graphics support and flexible industrial I/O in a 170 mm x 170 mm form factor. Based on Intel Arrow Lake-S processors, the board supports a wide range of Core Ultra 9, Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 5 CPU options with up to 24 cores, making it suitable for industrial PCs, machine vision, edge computing, automation, digital signage, kiosk systems and compact control platforms.
The board supports dual-channel DDR5 memory up to 6400 MT/s, with two CSO/SODIMM sockets and a maximum capacity of 128GB. This provides strong memory bandwidth for modern embedded software, visual applications and data-heavy workloads. Expansion is provided through one PCIe x16 Gen5 slot for discrete graphics, accelerator cards or high-speed storage devices, plus one M.2 M-Key 2280 socket supporting PCIe Gen4 x4 and SATA, and one M.2 E-Key 2230 socket for wireless modules.
Display support is a key strength of the AIMB-2710. Q870 models support up to four independent displays using HDMI, DisplayPort, USB4 Type-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and LVDS or eDP. H810 models support up to three independent displays using HDMI, DisplayPort and LVDS or eDP. This gives the platform strong flexibility for HMI, monitoring, signage and multi-screen embedded applications.
Connectivity includes dual 2.5GbE LAN, USB 3.2, USB 2.0, USB4 Type-C on Q870 models, two SATA III ports, two serial ports, 8-bit GPIO, audio, watchdog timer support and TPM 2.0 as a BOM option. With 12V to 24V DC input, Phoenix or ATX power options depending on model, WISE-DeviceOn support, embedded software APIs, and Windows 11 or Ubuntu 24.04 image support, the AIMB-2710 is a compact but capable industrial motherboard for current-generation embedded system designs.
