The Moxa BXP-C101-C3-S1-T is a compact fanless industrial box computer powered by the Intel Core 3-100U processor and configured with two software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial interfaces. It is designed for applications where reliable serial connectivity remains important alongside modern Ethernet, USB and display interfaces. The Core 3-100U processor provides six cores, 10MB Intel Smart Cache and a 1.2GHz operating frequency, providing a capable platform for industrial control, monitoring, communications and edge computing tasks.
The BXP-C101-C3-S1-T is supplied with 8GB DDR4 memory and provides a single SODIMM slot supporting up to 32GB. Its dual-storage architecture includes one CFast slot using a SATAIII interface and one M.2 M-Key 2242 socket supporting PCIe Gen4 x4 storage. This combination enables users to separate system and application storage or expand capacity according to project requirements. An mPCIe expansion slot is also available for additional communications hardware.
Connectivity includes two auto-sensing Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 3.0 Type-A interfaces and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports. Video output is provided through HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.2, giving the system support for modern display connectivity. The defining feature of the S1 configuration is its two DB9 serial ports, which can be software configured for RS-232, RS-422, two-wire RS-485 or four-wire RS-485 communications.
The system incorporates TPM 2.0 hardware security and supports Windows 11 Professional, Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021, with Linux driver support listed for Debian 13, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and RHEL 9. No operating system is listed as preinstalled in the ordering table.
A fanless metal enclosure, 12/24VDC power input and -30°C to +70°C operating temperature range make the BXP-C101-C3-S1-T suitable for demanding industrial installations. Wall mounting is standard, with optional DIN-rail mounting available where required.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
