The EDS-2018-ML-2GTXSFP is a high-capacity unmanaged Ethernet switch designed for industrial applications that require straightforward copper connectivity with flexible Gigabit uplinks. It provides sixteen 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and two combo uplinks that support either 10/100/1000BaseT(X) copper or 100/1000BaseSFP fibre modules, making it easy to integrate both copper and fibre devices.
The switch is equipped with DIP switches to enable QoS and BSP for traffic stability, as well as a port-break alarm function. A built-in relay output offers power and port-failure notifications, helping engineers reduce downtime and improve visibility.
Housed in an IP30-rated metal enclosure, the switch supports DIN-rail or optional wall mounting. Redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC power inputs with overload and reverse polarity protection ensure reliability in mission-critical environments. High EMI/EMC immunity provides stable operation even in electrically noisy industrial conditions.
With a standard operating range of -10°C to +60°C, the EDS-2018-ML-2GTXSFP is well-suited for manufacturing, utilities, automation, and infrastructure networks that require plug-and-play Ethernet connectivity with Gigabit uplink support.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
