The EDS-2018-ML-2GTXSFP-T is the wide-temperature version of Moxa’s high-density unmanaged switch, designed for harsh industrial environments. It offers sixteen 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and two 10/100/1000BaseT(X) or 100/1000BaseSFP combo uplinks, supporting both copper and fibre connections for flexible high-bandwidth aggregation.
Key resilience features include DIP-switch control for QoS, BSP, and port-break alarms, plus a relay output to signal power loss or port failures. These functions give operators improved visibility and quicker response times to potential network issues.
The switch is housed in a compact IP30-rated metal enclosure and can be DIN-rail or wall-mounted. Redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC power inputs, combined with overload and reverse polarity protection, ensure dependable operation in mission-critical settings. With its wide -40°C to +75°C operating range and robust EMI/EMC immunity, the EDS-2018-ML-2GTXSFP-T is ideal for deployment in outdoor cabinets, transportation networks, energy systems, and other demanding environments.
Backed by a 5-year warranty and an MTBF exceeding 1.7 million hours, it offers long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
