The Moxa EDS-P206A-4PoE-MM-SC provides a robust unmanaged switching solution with dual fibre uplinks for extended industrial networks. Offering 6 Fast Ethernet ports, the switch includes 4 PoE+ ports compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at standards, delivering up to 30 W per port and a total budget of 120 W. This allows direct powering of surveillance, wireless, and IoT devices over the network.
The key feature of this model is its two 100BaseFX multi-mode SC fibre uplinks, capable of distances up to 4 km. Dual fibre ports enable flexible deployment, redundancy, or uplink segmentation, making it a reliable option for transport systems, utilities, and security infrastructure requiring long-distance fibre connectivity.
Power resilience is ensured with redundant 12/24/48 VDC dual inputs, overload protection, and reverse polarity protection. Relay outputs provide alarm notifications for power or port failures. DIP switches enable quick configuration of broadcast storm control and energy-saving features, simplifying deployment in unmanaged environments.
Encased in an IP30-rated metal housing, the switch is vibration, shock, and EMC tested, with a compact DIN-rail form factor for easy panel integration. Certified to industrial standards and tested through a 100% burn-in process, it guarantees dependable operation.
Operating in a standard -10°C to +60°C range, the EDS-P206A-4PoE-MM-SC is a cost-effective choice for operators who need fibre resiliency, unmanaged simplicity, and reliable PoE in one device.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
