The Moxa EDS-P206A-4PoE-S-SC-T delivers unmanaged PoE and fibre networking for environments exposed to extreme conditions. With 6 Fast Ethernet ports, it provides 4x PoE+ ports supporting up to 30 W each and 120 W total power budget, allowing direct connection of demanding devices such as IP surveillance cameras, Wi-Fi access points, and industrial sensors.
A single 100BaseFX SC single-mode uplink supports fibre connections up to 40 km, extending the network into remote sites such as substations, rail trackside equipment, or distributed industrial plants. Fibre ensures high reliability by eliminating electromagnetic interference issues common in electrically noisy environments.
The switch supports redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC power inputs, built-in overload protection, and relay alarms to notify operators of faults. Field engineers can easily configure storm control and energy-saving features via DIP switches without requiring a management interface.
With an IP30-rated metal housing, compact DIN-rail mounting, and industrial certifications for shock, vibration, and EMC, the EDS-P206A-4PoE-S-SC-T is designed for reliable long-term operation. Its extended -40°C to +75°C temperature rating makes it well-suited to outdoor enclosures, roadside cabinets, or remote infrastructure with wide environmental fluctuations.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
