The EKI-2720G-4F-AE is an unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch featuring 16x 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports and 4x SFP slots for fibre expansion, designed to meet the high-performance requirements of industrial networks. With a total of 20 ports, it supports large-scale deployments in automation, ITS, and industrial backbone applications.
SFP slots enable flexible fibre connectivity, with support for long-distance transmission up to 110 km depending on the chosen modules. Redundant 12–48 VDC power inputs with fault relay output provide reliability and instant fault notification, while built-in reverse polarity and overload protection secure continuous operation.
Housed in a rugged IP30 metal enclosure, the switch is DIN-rail mountable for easy integration in control cabinets. Clear LED indicators display system and port status, simplifying maintenance and troubleshooting.
The EKI-2720G-4F-AE is certified to NEMA TS2 for roadside traffic applications and EN50121-4 for railway platforms and trackside environments, ensuring dependable operation in demanding sectors. With its standard operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C, the EKI-2720G-4F-AE is well-suited for indoor and moderate industrial applications that require reliable Gigabit performance.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
