The GENE-APL5 is a compact and fanless 3.5” single board computer (SBC) based on the Intel Celeron N3350 embedded processor offering more features and speed with less power consumption. Impulse can supply the GENE-APL5 SBC fully configured and tested in our UK engineering facility with your choice of memory, storage and a Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. Impulse also offers an fully deployable system assembly and design service which includes the GENE-APL5 board housed in an rugged chassis along with your choice of components to your exact system specification. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
