The Axiomtek ICO330-X6212-A is a full type DIN-rail fanless embedded system designed for industrial automation, edge control and communications applications requiring dependable I/O and wide temperature operation. Powered by the Intel Atom x6212RE processor, this model provides a low-power 2-core platform suitable for embedded workloads where stability, compact installation and long service life are more important than high power consumption. Its fanless design removes the need for internal cooling fans, helping improve reliability in dusty or enclosed control cabinet environments.
This full type version is especially suited to applications that need extensive serial connectivity. It includes 6 isolated RS-232/422/485 COM ports, making it well suited for connecting PLCs, industrial controllers, sensors, meters, legacy serial equipment and other field devices. It also includes isolated 8-in/8-out DIO, allowing the system to monitor and control digital signals directly within an automation system. For networking, the ICO330-X6212-A provides 3 isolated 2.5GbE LAN ports, giving system designers high-speed connectivity for industrial Ethernet, gateway and data acquisition applications.
The unit also features 2 USB 3.2 ports and an HDMI output supporting up to 1920 x 1080 at 60Hz, making local setup, diagnostics and visualisation straightforward. Expansion support includes M.2 Key B for Wi-Fi or 5G modules with SIM slot support, plus PCI Express Mini Card options for Wi-Fi, LTE or mSATA use. Storage options include an internal 2.5-inch SATA drive, mSATA and optional eMMC, giving flexibility for operating systems, logs and application data.
Designed for harsh industrial sites, the ICO330-X6212-A supports -40°C to +70°C operating temperatures and cold boot at -40°C. The 9 to 36 VDC power input with protection features helps ensure stable operation in industrial power environments. With TPM 2.0, CE and FCC Class A certification, and support for Windows 10 IoT and Linux, this model is a strong choice for full I/O DIN-rail embedded deployments.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
