The Axiomtek ICO330-X6414-A is a full type industrial DIN-rail embedded system designed for applications requiring stronger processing capability, wide I/O support and reliable fanless operation. Powered by the Intel Atom x6414RE processor, this model provides a 4-core embedded platform for automation, control, edge computing, industrial communications and data acquisition environments. With its fanless construction and robust IP40-rated housing, it is well suited to continuous operation inside control cabinets, machinery enclosures and industrial installations where durability and low maintenance are important.
This model is the full type x6414RE configuration, making it suitable for projects that require extensive serial and digital I/O. It includes 6 isolated RS-232/422/485 COM ports, enabling connection to a wide range of industrial devices, including PLCs, sensors, barcode readers, motor drives, meters and legacy control hardware. It also includes isolated 8-in/8-out DIO for monitoring and controlling digital signals directly from the embedded system. This makes the ICO330-X6414-A particularly useful in automation systems where multiple field devices must be connected to a single DIN-rail controller.
Networking is another key feature, with 3 isolated 2.5GbE LAN ports using Intel I226-IT controllers. This gives the unit the bandwidth and network flexibility required for industrial gateways, machine vision support roles, local data processing and edge network segmentation. Additional I/O includes 2 USB 3.2 ports and HDMI output up to 1920 x 1080 at 60Hz. Expansion options support Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G and mSATA configurations through M.2 and PCI Express Mini Card interfaces.
The ICO330-X6414-A is designed to operate in harsh conditions, supporting -40°C to +70°C temperatures and cold boot at -40°C. A 9 to 36 VDC power input with protection against voltage and polarity issues helps support stable industrial deployment. With TPM 2.0, storage options including 2.5-inch SATA, mSATA and optional eMMC, plus Windows 10 IoT and Linux support, this model is a capable full I/O choice for demanding industrial embedded computing projects.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
