The ICS-G7828A-20GSFP-4XG-HV-HV-T is the fibre-optimised model of the series, featuring 20x Gigabit SFP slots, 4x combo ports, and 4x 10GbE SFP+ uplinks. With dense fibre capacity, it is designed for aggregation points and long-distance industrial backbones.
The switch operates from -40 to 75°C with dual redundant 110/220 VAC inputs, certified for EN 50121-4 railway and NEMA TS2 traffic control. Redundancy protocols include Turbo Ring/Chain, MSTP/RSTP/STP, and V-ON multicast recovery.
Advanced Layer 3 routing (OSPF, RIP, VRRP, static) and multicast protocols (DVMRP, PIM-DM/SM/SSM) allow large-scale network segmentation and optimisation. Security features include ACLs, IEEE 802.1X, TACACS+, RADIUS, SNMPv3, HTTPS, and SSH.
With high fibre density, wide-temp support, and advanced routing, the ICS-G7828A-20GSFP-4XG-HV-HV-T is ideal for utility, transport, and surveillance networks with fibre-centric backbones.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
