The Cisco Catalyst IE-4010-16S12P is a 28 port 19" 1U rack-mount rugged industrial managed switch offering 24x Gigabit PoE++ with up to 360W power budget (depending on the power supply used) and 4x Gigabit SFP ports.

The switches run on Cisco IOS a next-generation operating system with built-in security and robustness including features like secure boot, image signing and the Cisco trust anchor module. Cisco IOS XE provides an API driven configuration with open APIs and data models.

The IE4010's IP30 industrial enclosure ensures that it is built for harsh environments with a wide temperature range of -40°C to +75°C and with its fanless, convection-cooled design offers extended durability. It has also been hardened for vibration, shock protection and complies with multi-industry specifications for automation, ITS, and substation environments. Furthermore, the IE4000 series meets all compliance requirements for a wide variety of industries including rail, power, and smart cities and it's advanced industrial protocols support resilient and scalable networks.
