The Axiomtek IMB711 Bulk Pack, part number E38F711102, is the bulk-packaged version of the IMB711 medical-grade ATX motherboard. It is intended for OEMs, system manufacturers and larger integration projects where multiple boards are required as part of a production build. According to the ordering information, the hardware specification is the same as the individually packed IMB711, with the distinction being the bulk packaging format rather than any change to processor compatibility, connectivity or expansion capability.
Built around the Intel C741 chipset and LGA4677 processor socket, the IMB711 supports 5th and 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors with TDPs up to 270W. Eight DDR5-5200 ECC RDIMM sockets provide server-class memory capability, giving system designers a platform suited to applications where processing power, memory bandwidth and error correction are important. The board is identified by Axiomtek as IEC 60601-1 ready and medical grade, supporting its use as a foundation for specialist medical and professional computing equipment.
Expansion capability is extensive. Slots one, two and three provide PCIe x16 interfaces with Gen5 x16 links, while the fourth x16 slot offers a Gen5 x8 link. Two MCIO connectors additionally provide PCIe Gen5 x8 connectivity, while an M.2 Key M 2280 slot supports PCIe Gen4 x4 storage. The platform is designed to accommodate up to four PCIe x16 double-slot expansion cards, enabling integration of GPUs, accelerator cards, data acquisition hardware or other high-bandwidth devices.
Storage connectivity includes six SATA-600 interfaces with RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 support, in addition to NVMe-capable M.2 expansion. Networking is provided by two Intel X550-AT2 10GbE RJ-45 interfaces and a dedicated Gigabit Ethernet port for IPMI management. Redundant BIOS and BMC support, IPMI 2.0 and TPM 2.0 provide additional resilience, management and security functionality for professionally deployed systems.
The IMB711 further provides USB 3.2 Gen1, USB 2.0, VGA, internal RS-232, programmable digital I/O, SMBus, PMBus and IPMB connectivity. Hardware monitoring includes CPU, system and PCIe card temperature and voltage monitoring with smart fan control support. Measuring 305 x 244mm, the board conforms to the ATX form factor and operates from 0°C to +40°C depending on the cooling solution. For high-volume system builders, the E38F711102 bulk-pack option provides the same IMB711 functionality in a packaging format better suited to production and integration workflows.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
