The IPC964A is a 4-slot industrial computer designed for automation, machine vision, industrial control, edge computing and embedded applications that require modern Intel Core processing with flexible PCIe expansion. Built around the Intel Q670E chipset and an LGA1700 socket, the system supports 14th, 13th and 12th Gen Intel Core processors up to 65W, giving system builders a scalable platform for a wide range of industrial workloads.
The system supports DDR5 4800 non-ECC SO-DIMM memory with capacity up to 96GB, subject to CPU support. This provides a strong memory base for data acquisition, monitoring software, inspection systems, gateway applications and multi-tasking industrial environments. Display support includes DisplayPort++, HDMI and DVI-D, enabling triple-view output for HMI displays, diagnostic screens, operator panels and visual monitoring applications.
A major advantage of the IPC964A is its expansion capability. The system provides four PCIe slots, made up of one PCIe x16 Gen4 slot, one PCIe x8 slot with x4 signal at Gen3, and two PCIe x4 Gen4 slots. It also supports up to 350W power for add-in cards, making it suitable for frame grabbers, motion cards, additional networking, I/O cards or other application-specific hardware. A full-size mini PCIe slot with SIM support is included for wireless or cellular expansion.
Front-access I/O includes six USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, dual LAN, RS-232/422/485, audio, display outputs, power controls, DC input, user LEDs and two front-access 2.5 inch HDD or SSD bays. The system also supports an optional extension system I/O module for additional serial, LAN, USB, DIO, CAN or wireless expansion depending on project requirements.
With 18V to 36V DC input, ignition control, remote power and remote LED support, Intel RAID support, TPM 2.0, M.2 NVMe storage, CE and FCC certification, EN 61000-6-2 compliance, and -20°C to 60°C operation with industrial wide-temperature SSD and airflow, the IPC964A is a flexible industrial computer for compact but expansion-rich deployments.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
