The Axiomtek IPC980 is a rugged IP67-rated industrial computer designed for demanding industrial environments where standard PCs are not suitable. Built with a fanless enclosure, M12 connectors and a front-access I/O layout, it is made for installations exposed to dust, moisture, vibration, shock and restricted maintenance access. Its aluminium extrusion and heavy-duty cold-rolled steel construction gives the system a robust physical design, while the compact 255 x 230 x 86.5 mm footprint makes it practical for machine-side, vehicle, automation and outdoor-adjacent industrial deployments.
Performance is based around socket LGA-1700 Intel Core processor support, covering Intel Core Processors Series 2 as well as 14th, 13th and 12th generation Intel Core i processors up to 65W. The system uses the Intel H610E chipset and supports up to 96GB of DDR5 5600/4800 non-ECC SODIMM memory across two slots, giving users flexibility to scale the platform depending on workload requirements. Networking is a strong part of the design, with two 2.5GbE LAN ports and one additional Gigabit LAN port, all using rugged M12 X-coded connectors. Additional I/O includes USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 2.0, HDMI, RS-232/422/485 serial support and optional expansion through reserved I/O openings.
The IPC980 is also built with industrial reliability in mind. It supports 18 to 36V DC power input, ACC ignition control, AT/ATX mode selection, dTPM 2.0 security, SSD/HDD storage, M.2 Key M storage and a full-size PCI Express Mini Card slot with SIM support. Environmental credentials include -20 to +60°C operation with suitable configuration, IP67 protection, vibration resistance to IEC and MIL-STD-810H methods, and 50G shock resistance. With CE and FCC certifications and support for Windows, Windows IoT and Linux operating systems, the IPC980 is a strong platform for rugged edge computing, factory automation, transport, machine control and industrial data acquisition.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
