The Jemii-150 Series is a Mini-ITX carrier board platform designed to simplify industrial deployments based on NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Jetson Orin Nano modules. Built for edge AI, intelligent video analytics, autonomous mobile robots and embedded vision applications, the range gives system builders a practical route from Jetson development to field-ready industrial hardware without the need for custom carrier board design.
A key advantage of the Jemii-150 Series is its software compatibility. The boards are BSP-aligned with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit and support NVIDIA JetPack releases, allowing direct flashing through NVIDIA SDK Manager. This helps reduce software migration work, simplify testing and support a more consistent development-to-deployment workflow. Please note that the Jetson Orin NX or Jetson Orin Nano module is not included with the carrier board or box models unless it is added separately as part of a configured system.
The platform uses a standard Mini-ITX 170mm x 170mm form factor, making it easier to integrate with available chassis, thermal solutions and power supplies. Across the range, the boards support one GbE port from the Jetson module and four additional Intel I350-AM4 GbE ports, with PoE++ support available on selected models. The PoE++ models support up to 90W on a single port and a total PoE budget of 100W, while remaining compatible with PoE+ and PoE powered devices.
The Jemii-150 Series also provides USB 3.2, USB Type-C OTG, DisplayPort, isolated digital I/O, RS-232/422/485, M.2 storage, PCIe Gen3 x4 expansion and wide temperature operation from -25°C to 70°C. With options for ATX power, ATX plus PCIe 6-pin power or 9V to 32V DC input, the range is well suited to industrial AI deployments requiring long lifecycle stability, flexible I/O and reliable Jetson Orin carrier support.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

Wireless Solution Saves Time and Reduces Overheads for OT Machinery Monitoring Project
Our customer was looking for ways to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce operation costs and overheads for their manufacturing facility. The initial step in this transformation was to add additional monitoring and measurements to several areas of their facility to allow the collection of usage data from older machinery for analysis. The machinery to be analysed would be located in many areas of the complex, with some sitting in concrete outbuildings far from the source of the main network.
