The MPC-3101-E4-LB-SPK-CT-T is a 10.4 inch fanless industrial panel PC with a 500-nit display and built-in 2W speaker, designed for transport, railway, industrial control and harsh-environment operator interface applications. It provides the same rugged computing platform as the non-speaker low-brightness model, but adds integrated audio output for applications where audible alerts, operator prompts or local sound feedback are required.
This model uses the Intel Atom x6425E quad-core processor and is supplied with 8GB DDR4 2400MHz memory, expandable up to 32GB via one SODIMM slot. Storage and expansion options include one CFast slot, one M.2 M-Key 2242 socket and one mini PCIe slot. This gives system integrators a compact platform for HMI software, railway applications, monitoring systems, data logging and edge computing functions.
The 10.4 inch panel provides 1024 x 768 resolution in a 4:3 format, with 16.7 million colours, 1000:1 contrast ratio and wide viewing angles. Its 500-nit brightness is suitable for many industrial and onboard environments, while the projected capacitive touchscreen supports 4-point multi-touch and glove operation. This makes the unit practical for railway staff, maintenance engineers and industrial operators working in demanding conditions.
All key interfaces use rugged M12 push-pull connectors. The panel PC includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial port, four digital inputs, two digital outputs, USB 2.0 and speaker or line-out audio. Ethernet isolation is rated at 1.5 kV, while DIO channels support 3 kV optical isolation, helping improve reliability in electrically noisy environments.
The MPC-3101-E4-LB-SPK-CT-T supports 24V to 110V DC power input and 44W power consumption. It operates from -40°C to 70°C and, because of the built-in speaker, carries an IP66 front and IP40 rear rating. The system supports EN 50155 shock and vibration requirements, TPM 2.0, CE and FCC Class A, IEC and UL safety standards, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11, Debian 13 and Ubuntu 24.04 driver support. It is a practical choice where a rugged 500-nit panel PC with integrated audio is required.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
