The MPC-3101-E4-SPK-CT-T is a 10.4 inch fanless industrial panel PC with a bright 1000-nit display and integrated 2W speaker. It is designed for railway, transport, industrial and outdoor-facing applications that require rugged touch operation, audio output and reliable computing across a wide temperature range. Typical uses include driver cab displays, vehicle HMIs, passenger information interfaces, monitoring systems, control panels and outdoor industrial operator terminals.

This model is based on the Intel Atom x6425E quad-core processor and includes 8GB DDR4 2400MHz memory as standard, expandable up to 32GB via one SODIMM slot. Expansion and storage options include one CFast slot, one M.2 M-Key 2242 socket and one mini PCIe slot. This allows the panel PC to support operating system storage, application storage and additional embedded functions within a compact 10.4 inch platform.

The display uses a 4:3 aspect ratio with 1024 x 768 resolution, 16.7 million colours, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 178 degree viewing angles. Its 1000-nit sunlight-readable panel makes it better suited to high ambient light environments than the 500-nit models. The projected capacitive touchscreen supports 4-point multi-touch and glove operation, helping operators use the system reliably in harsh or safety-critical environments.

I/O is delivered through rugged M12 push-pull connectors. The system includes two auto-sensing Gigabit Ethernet ports, one RS-232/422/485 serial port, four digital inputs, two digital outputs, one USB 2.0 host and one speaker or line-out connection. The Ethernet ports include built-in 1.5 kV magnetic isolation, while the digital inputs and outputs provide 3 kV optical isolation, supporting robust deployment in electrically demanding environments.

The MPC-3101-E4-SPK-CT-T supports 24V to 110V DC input, 44W power consumption and -40°C to 70°C operation without a fan or heater. Because of the integrated speaker, this version is rated IP66 at the front and IP40 at the rear. It supports EN 50155 railway compliance, shock and vibration standards, TPM 2.0, CE and FCC Class A, IEC and UL safety standards, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11, Debian 13 and Ubuntu 24.04 driver support. This makes it a strong option for bright-display panel PC installations where integrated audio is also required.
