The MPC-3121-E4-CT-T is a 12.1 inch fanless industrial panel PC designed for installations that require a brighter 1000-nit display, rugged M12 connectivity and IP66 protection on both the front and rear of the unit. It is a strong fit for railway, transport, outdoor industrial, marine, oil and gas, and high ambient light applications where screen visibility and environmental sealing are both important.

This model uses the Intel Atom x6425E quad-core processor with Intel UHD Graphics and comes with 8GB DDR4 2400MHz memory pre-installed. Memory can be expanded up to 32GB through one SODIMM slot. Storage and expansion options include one CFast slot, one M.2 M-Key 2242 socket and one mini PCIe slot, allowing the system to support embedded operating systems, HMI software, local logging and additional expansion requirements.

The 12.1 inch panel provides 1024 x 768 resolution in a 4:3 format, with 16.7 million colours, 1000:1 typical contrast ratio and 178 degree viewing angles. The key advantage of this model is its 1000cd/m sunlight-readable LCD, which makes it better suited to bright cabs, outdoor-facing terminals, exposed equipment and environments where lower-brightness displays may be difficult to read. The PCAP touchscreen supports four touch points and glove operation for use in practical industrial working conditions.

Connectivity is provided through anti-vibration M12 push-pull connectors. The panel PC includes two 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, one software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial port, four digital inputs, two digital outputs, USB 2.0 and audio output. Ethernet has built-in 1.5 kV magnetic isolation, and the digital I/O provides 3 kV optical isolation. The serial port supports RS-232, RS-422, RS-485-2w and RS-485-4w signalling.

The MPC-3121-E4-CT-T supports 24V to 110V DC power input and has a listed power consumption of 51W. Its metal housing measures 297 x 238 x 59 mm and weighs 3100 g. With -40°C to 70°C fanless operation, IP66 front and rear protection, TPM 2.0, EN 50155 compliance, shock and vibration standards, and support for Windows and Linux platforms, this model is a robust 1000-nit panel PC for demanding transport and industrial deployments.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
