The MPC-3121-E4-LB-CT-T is a 12.1 inch fanless industrial panel PC designed for rugged operator interface applications that require a 500-nit display and full IP66 protection at both the front and rear. It is well suited to rolling stock, vehicle HMIs, industrial control panels, monitoring stations, offshore equipment, outdoor cabinets and applications where a durable touch panel is required without an integrated speaker.
This model is powered by the Intel Atom x6425E quad-core processor and includes Intel UHD Graphics. It is supplied with 8GB DDR4 2400MHz memory as standard, with support for up to 32GB through one SODIMM slot. Storage and expansion options include one CFast slot, one M.2 M-Key 2242 socket and one mini PCIe slot, giving system integrators flexibility for operating system storage, local data logging and application-specific expansion.
The 12.1 inch display uses a 4:3 aspect ratio with 1024 x 768 resolution, 16.7 million colours, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 178 degree viewing angles. Its 500cd/m brightness is suitable for many operator terminals, industrial interiors and cab-based installations, while the projected capacitive touchscreen supports 4-point multi-touch and glove operation. This helps maintain usability in environments where operators may be wearing PPE or working in cold conditions.
All main I/O uses rugged M12 push-pull connectors. The system includes two auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, one software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial port, four digital inputs, two digital outputs, USB 2.0 and speaker or line-out audio. The Ethernet interface includes built-in 1.5 kV magnetic isolation, while the digital input and output channels provide 3 kV optical isolation.
The MPC-3121-E4-LB-CT-T supports 24V to 110V DC input and has a listed power consumption of 51W. It operates from -40°C to 70°C and uses a metal housing measuring 297 x 238 x 59 mm. With IP66 protection on both front and rear, EN 50155 compliance, TPM 2.0, shock and vibration standards, and support for Windows and Linux environments, this model is a strong sealed 500-nit panel PC for harsh industrial and transport installations.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
