NPort 5600-8-DT device servers can conveniently and transparently connect 8x serial devices to an Ethernet, allowing you to network your existing serial devices with only basic configuration. You can both centralise management of your serial devices and distribute management hosts over the network. Since the NPort 5600-8-DT device servers have a smaller form factor compared to our 19" models, they are a great choice for applications that need additional serial ports, but for which mounting rails are not available. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
