The Neousys NRU-240S-AWP-JAO32 is a rugged IP66 edge AI computer powered by the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32GB system-on-module. Designed for industrial AI, machine vision, autonomous systems and intelligent edge applications, it combines compact fanless construction with waterproof connectivity and a wide selection of industrial I/O. The Jetson AGX Orin platform integrates NVIDIA Ampere GPU technology with an Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, providing a powerful computing foundation for real-time inference, computer vision and data processing at the edge.
The JAO32 configuration incorporates 32GB LPDDR5 memory operating at 3200MHz on the system-on-module together with 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. Additional storage can be installed through an M.2 2280 M-key NVMe socket using PCIe Gen4 x2, while two internal SATA interfaces support 2.5-inch SSD installation. This gives system integrators flexibility to combine onboard storage with high-speed NVMe and higher-capacity SATA devices.
For machine vision and industrial networking, the system provides four Gigabit Ethernet ports using Intel I350 controllers. Each is presented through a rugged M12 X-coded connection, with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ support across all four ports and a total PoE power budget of 100W. A dedicated 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface is also available for high-speed transfer of video streams, AI data and other bandwidth-intensive information.
Industrial communication interfaces include two isolated CAN 2.0 ports, isolated RS-485, RS-232 and isolated digital I/O. USB connectivity includes two USB 2.0 connections and a waterproof USB Type-C port offering USB 3.2 Gen1 alongside DisplayPort video output up to 4K at 60Hz. An additional system-monitoring interface driven by an automotive-grade MCU supports monitoring-focused system designs.
Wireless and mobile connectivity can be expanded through Mini PCI Express and M.2 interfaces supporting options such as Wi-Fi, GNSS, LTE and 5G. The computer operates from an 8V to 48VDC input and includes ignition power control for vehicle and mobile deployments. Its IP66 enclosure, fanless architecture and MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration specifications make the NRU-240S-AWP-JAO32 a strong platform for rugged edge AI applications requiring NVIDIA processing and industrial-grade connectivity.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
