The Neousys NRU-240S-AWP-JAO64 is a rugged fanless edge AI computer built around the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB system-on-module. Designed for demanding industrial AI and vision applications, it combines NVIDIA GPU-accelerated computing with an IP66 waterproof enclosure and industrial connectivity suitable for deployment in harsh operating environments. The NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin architecture incorporates an Ampere GPU and Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, providing a powerful embedded platform for AI inference, computer vision, autonomous systems and intelligent edge processing.
The JAO64 configuration includes 64GB of LPDDR5 memory running at 3200MHz on the system-on-module and 64GB of onboard eMMC 5.1 storage. For applications requiring additional capacity or faster storage performance, the platform includes an M.2 2280 M-key NVMe socket with PCIe Gen4 x2 connectivity and two internal SATA ports for 2.5-inch SSD installation. This storage architecture provides flexibility for large AI models, video data, image capture and local data logging.
Four Intel I350 Gigabit Ethernet ports are provided through waterproof M12 X-coded connectors. These interfaces support IEEE 802.3at PoE+ and share a total 100W power budget, allowing compatible cameras and network devices to receive both data and power directly from the system. A separate 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface provides additional bandwidth for high-volume sensor, vision and network traffic.
The system also provides two isolated CAN 2.0 interfaces, isolated RS-485, RS-232 and digital I/O for connection to industrial and vehicle systems. A waterproof USB Type-C interface supports USB 3.2 Gen1 and DisplayPort video output up to 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz, while two USB 2.0 interfaces provide additional peripheral connectivity. An automotive-grade MCU supplies a dedicated system-monitoring interface.
Expansion options include Mini PCI Express sockets for Wi-Fi, CAN, GNSS or mobile communications and an M.2 B-key interface supporting LTE and 5G modules with dual micro-SIM capability. An 8V to 48VDC input with ignition power control supports integration into industrial vehicles and mobile equipment. Combined with IP66 protection, fanless cooling and MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration specifications, the NRU-240S-AWP-JAO64 is well suited to high-performance edge AI deployments requiring substantial onboard memory and rugged operation.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
