The Nuvo-11160GC Series is a rugged edge AI computing platform designed for demanding industrial, robotics and vision-based applications that need high-performance processing in compact, deployment-ready hardware. Built around Intel Core Ultra 200S Series processors and supporting NVIDIA RTX GPU cards up to 150W, the series delivers the performance required for AI inference, machine vision, video analytics, autonomous mobile robots and other edge workloads where reliability, speed and expansion flexibility are essential.
Designed for both fixed and mobile deployments, the Nuvo-11160GC Series combines CPU, GPU and I/O performance in a ruggedised enclosure suitable for indoor and outdoor environments. It supports up to 128GB DDR5 6400 memory, PCIe Gen5 NVMe storage, dual internal SATA storage with RAID 0/1 support, and a PCIe x16 Gen4 slot in a cassette-style expansion design for GPU installation. This makes it suitable for applications that require local AI processing, high-speed data handling and dependable long-term operation.
Connectivity is a key strength of the platform. The series includes eight USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, five 2.5GbE ports, one GbE port, optional PoE+ support on selected models, optional 10GBASE-T Ethernet, isolated digital I/O, multiple serial ports, HDMI output and dual DisplayPort outputs. The MezIO expansion interface also allows additional USB, GigE, PoE, serial or DIO functionality to be added depending on system requirements.
With wide temperature operation from -25°C to 60°C, 8 to 48V DC input and a compact 240 mm x 225 mm x 111 mm footprint, the Nuvo-11160GC Series is well suited to harsh edge AI, factory automation, smart transportation and mobile robotics environments.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
