The OnCell G4308-LTE4 Series is a range of 8-port industrial LTE Cat. 4 secure cellular routers designed for remote sites that need reliable cellular connectivity, local Ethernet switching and built-in network protection in one compact device. By combining an LTE router, 8-port Gigabit Ethernet switch and industrial firewall into a single platform, the series helps reduce cabinet space, wiring complexity and the number of separate devices required in remote installations.
Each router supports LTE Cat. 4 cellular connectivity with data rates up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink, alongside dual nano SIM slots for failover. GuaranLink cellular auto-recovery helps maintain connectivity, making the series suitable for remote monitoring, utilities, transport, infrastructure, industrial automation and distributed equipment sites where connection reliability is critical. The eight 10/100/1000BaseT(X) Ethernet ports allow multiple local devices to be connected directly, reducing the need for an additional unmanaged switch.
Security is a major part of the OnCell G4308-LTE4 platform. Secure Boot helps check system integrity, while the firewall, access control, DoS and DDoS protection, NAT, IPsec VPN and OpenVPN support help protect both local and remote network traffic. Deep Packet Inspection adds industrial protocol awareness for protocols including Modbus TCP, Modbus UDP, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850 MMS, EtherNet/IP, MELSEC, Omron FINS, OPC UA and Siemens S7 communication.
The series also includes one RS-232/422/485 serial port, GNSS support, one digital input, one relay output, USB for configuration backup, redundant 12 to 48 VDC power inputs, reverse polarity protection and DIN-rail mounting. With Moxa Remote Connect support, operators can monitor and securely access both the router and connected devices, helping reduce downtime and speed up troubleshooting. Standard and wide temperature models are available to suit different deployment environments.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

Signal Interface Display simulator for testing new London Underground signalling system
London Underground signalling engineers required a number of panel PCs for temporary use as in-cab Signal Interface Displays (SIDs) in test trains, to allow the engineers to test the information being sent to the train from the new Thales computer-based signalling system.
