The Axiomtek PICO319 is a rugged Pico-ITX single board computer designed for embedded and industrial deployments where size, reliability and I/O density matter. Built on the Intel Atom x5-E3940 processor, it delivers responsive edge performance while keeping power draw low, making it a strong fit for always-on gateways, compact HMIs, kiosks, robotics controllers and space-constrained industrial PCs.
Despite its 100 x 72 mm footprint, the PICO319 is packed with connectivity for real-world automation and data collection. Dual Gigabit Ethernet (Intel I210-AT) supports Wake-on-LAN and PXE boot, ideal for remote management, imaging and fleet rollouts. For peripherals and fast storage devices, the board provides two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, plus flexible expansion via an M.2 Key B slot (2242/3042) and a half-size Mini Card slot with mSATA support. Memory is equally practical: a DDR3L SO-DIMM slot supports up to 8 GB, balancing cost and stability for long lifecycle projects.
Display integration is straightforward with both DisplayPort++ and LVDS (18/24-bit single or dual channel), supporting dual-view setups for operator panels and service displays. Industrial control connectivity is covered with two serial interfaces (including RS-232/422/485) and 4-channel digital I/O for sensors, triggers and simple control signals. With a wide operating temperature range down to -40 °C and up to +70 °C, plus 12 V DC input and auto power-on, the PICO319 is built for harsh, unattended environments where dependable uptime is non-negotiable.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
