The PICO319PGGA-E3940 70°C variant is built for harsh, fanless environments where reliable thermal performance is essential straight out of the box. Supplied with a heatsink, it is well suited to factory automation, outdoor cabinets, transportation systems, mobile assets and remote sites where dust, vibration and maintenance constraints favour sealed designs. Using the same Intel Atom x5-E3940 processor, this configuration balances low power operation with stable performance for edge computing, protocol conversion, data acquisition and compact industrial control.
Networking is a standout feature for industrial deployment. Dual Gigabit Ethernet on Intel I210-AT controllers supports Wake-on-LAN and PXE boot, which simplifies remote diagnostics, recovery and large-scale rollouts. That makes this model a smart fit for IIoT gateways, secure edge nodes, smart infrastructure controllers and distributed monitoring systems. Peripheral support is equally practical, with two USB 3.0 ports for high-speed devices and two USB 2.0 ports for widely used industrial accessories and dongles.
Legacy and control connectivity is fully covered: two serial ports include a configurable RS-232/422/485 interface, plus a dedicated RS-232 port, providing straightforward integration with PLCs, motor controllers, barcode readers, weigh scales and serial instrumentation. A 4-channel digital I/O interface enables direct connection to sensors, relays, status outputs and simple machine interlocks. For storage and expansion, the board offers an M.2 Key B slot (2242/3042) with optional interface support and a half-size Mini Card slot with mSATA capability, allowing you to tailor wireless, additional storage or specialist modules to the deployment.
Display options make it ideal for embedded operator stations and compact panel PCs. DisplayPort++ supports modern digital displays, while LVDS (18/24-bit single/dual channel) suits industrial panels and integrated front displays. With wide operating temperature support and a heatsink designed to help sustain fanless operation, the PICO319PGGA-E3940 70°C variant is a robust, integration-friendly Pico-ITX platform for demanding edge installations.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
