The RKS-G4028-4GS-HV-T brings fibre-first flexibility to mission-critical backbones with four fixed 1G SFP uplinks and three expansion slots to build up to 28 Gigabit interfaces. Choose copper, SFP, or FX modules to align with field distances, EMI exposure, and migration timelines. An isolated 110/220 VDC/VAC supply simplifies integration in substation and rail cabinets, while fanless IP30 construction and -40 to 75°C rating ensure longevity outdoors and on the plant floor.
IEC 61850-3/IEEE 1613 compliance and high EMC immunity protect traffic against surges and conducted/radiated noise. Hardware 1588v2 PTP meets strict timing requirements for protection and synchronisation. For resilience, Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain enable <20 ms convergence at scale, with STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, Loop Protection, and Dual-Homing expanding design options.
Security adheres to IEC 62443-aligned best practices: secure boot, 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, SSH/HTTPS, ACLs, sticky MAC, MAB, rate limits, and login policies. Determinism is preserved with eight queues of hardware QoS, DSCP, VLAN/GVRP, and multicast control via IGMP Snooping/Querier.
Deployment and operations are streamlined through a rich toolset—web GUI, CLI, SNMPv1/v2c/v3, RMON, LLDP, Syslog, SFTP/TFTP—and alarm relays. Optional ABC-02/03 devices accelerate backup/restore and firmware updates; USB/MicroSD provide local storage for logs/configs.
From bay-to-bay fibre aggregation to resilient campus rings, the RKS-G4028-4GS-HV-T delivers fibre-centric uplinks, HV power readiness, and modular expansion to anchor modern IEC 61850 networks.
