The Moxa EDS-P206A Series comprises 6-port unmanaged industrial Ethernet switches designed with four IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ ports for powering connected devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and sensors. With up to 30 W output per port and a total PoE budget of 120 W, these switches simplify deployments by eliminating the need for separate power wiring.
Offering a choice of copper and fibre uplink models, the series ensures flexibility for diverse industrial applications. Fibre options in multi-mode and single-mode SC/ST connectors extend transmission distances and provide improved electrical noise immunity, making them ideal for harsh factory, transport, and utility environments.
The switches support redundant 12/24/48 VDC inputs, intelligent power detection, and classification, while relay outputs warn of power or port failures. DIP switches allow easy configuration of broadcast storm protection and other key functions.
Housed in a compact IP30-rated metal enclosure and designed for DIN-rail or optional wall mounting, the EDS-P206A Series undergoes a 100% burn-in test to guarantee reliability. Tested against shock, vibration, EMI, and EMC standards, the series is certified for global industrial use.
Temperature options include: – Standard -10°C to +60°C operation – Extended wide -40°C to +75°C operation
This makes the EDS-P206A an ideal choice for surveillance, transport, and industrial automation networks requiring reliable PoE and flexible uplink capabilities.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
