The ARK-1222-U0A1 is a compact DIN-rail fanless embedded box PC powered by the Intel Processor N97 quad-core SoC. It is designed for industrial control, gateway, machine monitoring and embedded edge applications that need a balance of modern low-power processing, broad front-facing I/O and reliable fanless operation in a small footprint.
This model includes 16GB built-in DDR5 4800MHz memory and supports dual HDMI 2.0 display output up to 4096 x 2160 at 60Hz. This makes it suitable for visual applications such as industrial dashboards, HMI systems, production monitoring screens, control room terminals and local diagnostic displays. The fanless aluminium enclosure helps reduce maintenance by removing moving parts, while the DIN-rail format makes the system easy to integrate into cabinets and industrial panels.
For network and device connectivity, the ARK-1222-U0A1 provides two Intel i226-IT LAN ports with 10/100/1000/2500 Mbps support and Wake-on-LAN. It also includes four RS-232/422/485 serial ports, two USB 3.2 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, 8-bit programmable DIO, mic-in and line-out audio, and support for optional CANBus expansion. This I/O mix makes the system useful for connecting automation equipment, field devices, sensors, meters, legacy serial hardware and local peripherals.
Expansion options include one M.2 B-Key 2280 slot with nano SIM holder, one M.2 E-Key 2230 slot, and one full-size mini PCIe slot shared with the mSATA interface. These options support storage, wireless communication and optional expansion modules, depending on system requirements. The ARK-1222-U0A1 supports 12V to 28V DC input, ATX/AT power mode, TPM 2.0, watchdog timer support, Windows 10/11 Enterprise and Ubuntu 24.04. With operation from -20°C to 60°C with suitable airflow, it is a practical platform for compact industrial edge and automation systems.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
