The Moxa EDS-2018-ML Series provides high-port-density unmanaged Ethernet switching with Gigabit-ready uplinks for data aggregation in industrial networks. Each switch is equipped with sixteen 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and two 10/100/1000BaseT(X) or 100/1000BaseSFP combo uplink ports, delivering flexible copper and fibre integration for high-bandwidth convergence.
Designed for demanding applications, the series includes DIP switches to enable Quality of Service (QoS), Broadcast Storm Protection (BSP), and port-break alarms. A built-in relay output provides fault notifications for power failures or port disruptions, helping operators improve uptime.
The switches are housed in rugged IP30-rated metal enclosures and feature redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC power inputs with overload and reverse polarity protection. Strong EMI/EMC immunity, compact DIN-rail mounting, and 100% burn-in testing ensure reliable long-term service in industrial settings.
Standard models operate from -10°C to +60°C, while wide-temperature (-T) versions extend this to -40°C to +75°C for deployment in harsh environments such as outdoor enclosures, transportation, and energy systems. With an MTBF of over 1.7 million hours and a 5-year warranty, the EDS-2018-ML Series provides dependable, long-term performance.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
