The EKI-5524MMI-ST-AE is a wide-temperature Fast Ethernet ProView switch with multimode fibre ST connectors, built for industrial convergence networks. It provides 6 ports: 4 10/100Base-TX copper and 2 100Base-FX fibre, supporting multimode transmission up to 2 km.
This model is part of the ProView series, integrating Modbus/TCP for SCADA software with SNMP for IT network management. It enables operators and engineers to access real-time device status across both OT and IT domains.
Engineered with dual redundant 12–48 VDC inputs and a relay alarm, the unit ensures high availability and reliability. It withstands harsh environments with EMS Level 3 protection, an IP30 metal housing, and supports DIN-rail or wall mounting, with an MTBF exceeding 140,000 hours.
Certified to IEC/EN 60950, UL 508, ATEX, and C1D2, the EKI-5524MMI-ST-AE is designed for deployment in energy, manufacturing, transportation, and critical infrastructure where fibre connectivity and wide-temperature performance are required.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
