The IMB550-ARL-W880 SP is the single pack version of the IMB550 ATX industrial motherboard, designed for system builders, integrators and industrial PC projects requiring a modern LGA1851 platform with strong expansion capability. Based on the Intel W880 chipset, it supports Intel Core Ultra 9, Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 5 processors up to 125W, making it suitable for high-performance embedded systems, machine vision workstations, industrial servers, edge computing platforms and rackmount computer builds.
This single pack model provides four DDR5-5600 long-DIMM sockets supporting up to 192GB of ECC or non-ECC unbuffered memory. This memory capacity makes the board suitable for demanding workloads such as data acquisition, AI inference support, imaging, control software, industrial monitoring and multi-application environments. For storage, the board includes two M.2 Key M 2280 sockets connected via PCIe x4 through the CPU with RAID 0/1 support, plus four SATA-600 ports with RAID 0/1/5/10. This gives users flexibility to combine high-speed NVMe storage with larger SATA storage arrays.
The IMB550-ARL-W880 SP is especially suitable for systems that require multiple expansion cards. It includes two PCIe x16 slots with PCIe Gen 5 signalling, allowing either a single x16 configuration or split lane operation depending on system design. It also includes five open-ended PCIe x4 slots from the chipset, giving additional capacity for I/O cards, communication cards, frame grabbers, storage controllers or other industrial expansion hardware.
Connectivity includes DisplayPort++ with up to 4096 x 2304 at 60Hz, HDMI up to 4096 x 2160 at 24Hz, two 2.5GbE ports, one 1GbE port with Intel AMT and vPro support, USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 2.0, audio, PS/2, two RS-232 ports and two RS-232/422/485 ports. The board also includes TPM 2.0, 8-channel programmable DIO, watchdog timer support, hardware monitoring and smart fan control. Optional IPMI 2.0 remote management through OpenBMC is available, making the IMB550-ARL-W880 SP a strong choice for managed industrial and rackmount systems supplied as a single boxed unit.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
