The MPC-3101 Series is a range of 10.4 inch fanless industrial panel PCs designed for railway, transportation, oil and gas, marine, outdoor and harsh industrial environments. Built around the Intel Atom x6425E quad-core processor, the series provides a compact operator interface and embedded computing platform for applications that require reliable local display, rugged connectivity and wide temperature operation.
Each MPC-3101 panel PC features a 10.4 inch 4:3 display with 1024 x 768 resolution, 16.7 million colours, 1000:1 contrast ratio and wide 178 degree viewing angles. The projected capacitive touchscreen supports 4-point multi-touch and glove operation, making the unit practical for field engineers, operators and drivers working in demanding environments. Depending on model, the series is available with either a 500-nit or 1000-nit sunlight-readable LCD, allowing users to choose the most suitable brightness level for indoor, cab, outdoor or high-ambient-light use.
The system includes 8GB DDR4 memory as standard, with support for up to 32GB via one SODIMM slot. Storage and expansion options include one CFast slot, one M.2 M-Key 2242 socket and one mini PCIe slot. I/O is provided through rugged M12 push-pull connectors, including two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial port, four digital inputs, two digital outputs, USB 2.0 and speaker or line-out audio support.
Designed for harsh installation environments, the MPC-3101 Series supports 24V to 110V DC power input, 44W power consumption, TPM 2.0, optical isolation on DIO and 1.5 kV magnetic isolation on Ethernet. It operates from -40°C to 70°C without a fan or heater and is available with IP66 front and rear protection on non-speaker models. With EN 50155, shock and vibration compliance, CE, FCC, UL and IEC safety approvals, the MPC-3101 Series is a robust panel PC platform for industrial and rolling stock applications.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
