Moxa MXview One is next-generation industrial network management software designed to monitor and diagnose networking devices across industrial Ethernet environments, giving maintenance and OT teams a single place to visualise, manage, and troubleshoot their network. It can automatically discover and visualise network devices and physical connections, and it can also discover Moxa devices plus SNMP and IP devices across subnets, so you can build an accurate topology without manual mapping.
From day one, MXview One is built around practical operations: central management of configurations and firmware for Moxa devices, plus flexible event and notification options with user-defined thresholds and duration.
For troubleshooting and reporting, it supports real-time diagnostics using SNMP trap or periodic polling, trend graphs for bandwidth utilisation and error packet rate, syslog server support, and email alerts to keep teams informed before issues escalate.
It also adds strong “network hygiene” and integration features: inventory and device property reports, configuration backup (including topology, scheduling, events, and device properties), configuration history and comparison, mass configuration via CLI scripts, account and default password audits, warranty tracking, rogue device detection, and northbound integration such as acting as an OPC UA server and syslog forwarding.
Licensing scales with your environment: MXview One supports up to 2,000 nodes, with expansion licences available where required, making it suitable for single-site plants through to multi-site industrial estates.
For advanced needs, optional add-ons extend capability into wireless operations, IEC 61850 power networks, and cybersecurity management.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
