The Moxa NAT-G102 Series is a compact industrial Network Address Translation device designed to simplify the integration of machines and automation equipment into existing factory Ethernet networks. Providing two 10/100/1000BaseT(X) Gigabit Ethernet ports, the NAT-G102 Series combines NAT, routing, firewall and access-control functionality in an ultra-compact industrial platform.
Comprehensive NAT functionality includes 1-to-1 NAT, N-to-1 NAT, port forwarding and NAT loopback. These capabilities enable machines using existing internal IP configurations to be connected to wider factory networks without requiring extensive changes to the equipment itself. Gigabit Ethernet connectivity provides greater bandwidth for modern automation systems, with NAT, routing and firewall throughput rated at up to 80,000 packets per second and 1000 Mbps based on RFC 2544 testing.
The NAT-G102 Series supports up to 120,000 concurrent connections and as many as 6,000 new connections per second, based on RFC 3511. Static unicast routing is supported with a maximum of 32 routing rules.
For access control, Moxa's Auto Learning Lock functionality automatically learns the IP and MAC addresses of locally connected equipment and binds them to an access list. Firewall filtering can be applied according to IP address, MAC address and port, helping control communication between local machinery and external network hosts. Secure Boot provides additional protection by helping verify system integrity during start-up.
Management features include HTTP and HTTPS web console access, SSH, Telnet, TFTP and LLDP. NTP Server/Client and SNTP functionality are provided for time management, while policy enforcement events can be recorded to local storage or forwarded to a Syslog server.
The NAT-G102 operates from a nominal 12/24/48 VDC input across a 9.6 to 60 VDC operating range and includes reverse polarity protection. Its metal enclosure measures just 20 x 90 x 73 mm and weighs 240 g, making it well suited to space-constrained control cabinets. DIN-rail mounting is standard, with optional wall mounting available.
Standard and extended-temperature variants allow the NAT-G102 Series to be deployed across a range of factory automation and industrial networking environments.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
