The Neousys NRU-240S-AWP Series is a rugged, fanless edge AI computer designed for demanding industrial and outdoor environments where high-performance AI processing, waterproof construction and reliable connectivity are required. Powered by NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin or Jetson AGX Orin Industrial system-on-modules, the platform combines NVIDIA Ampere GPU architecture with Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU technology to support advanced AI inference, machine vision, automation and edge analytics workloads.
The system features an IP66-rated waterproof and dustproof enclosure, making it suitable for harsh deployments including industrial vehicles, autonomous mobile robots, outdoor inspection systems, roadside applications, manufacturing and other environments exposed to dust, moisture and temperature extremes. The fanless thermal design supports wide operating temperatures, with the exact range dependent on the selected Jetson module, power mode and system loading.
Networking capability includes four Gigabit Ethernet ports using Intel I350 controllers and waterproof M12 X-coded connectors. These four ports support IEEE 802.3at PoE+ with a combined 100W power budget, enabling direct connection and power delivery to compatible industrial GigE or IP cameras. A separate 10 Gigabit Ethernet connection provides high-bandwidth data communication for applications that need to transfer large volumes of image, sensor or AI data.
Additional I/O includes two isolated CAN 2.0 interfaces, isolated RS-485, RS-232, digital input and output, two USB 2.0 ports and a waterproof USB Type-C interface supporting USB 3.2 Gen1 and DisplayPort output at up to 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz. An automotive-grade MCU provides an additional system monitoring interface for reporting system status.
Internal expansion includes Mini PCI Express sockets for wireless, GNSS and communications modules, alongside an M.2 B-key interface supporting LTE or 5G modules with dual micro-SIM support. Storage options include onboard eMMC, an M.2 2280 NVMe socket and two internal SATA interfaces for 2.5-inch SSDs. With 8V to 48VDC input, ignition power control and MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration specifications, the NRU-240S-AWP Series provides a versatile rugged edge AI platform for intelligent systems operating outside conventional controlled environments.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
