The POC-960GC Series is a compact rugged GPU computer designed to bring AI inference and accelerated edge computing into space-constrained industrial environments. Powered by the AMD Ryzen PRO 8640U processor, the series combines six-core, twelve-thread CPU performance with integrated AMD Radeon RDNA3 graphics and Ryzen AI acceleration, making it suitable for real-time workloads such as machine vision, robotics, smart city systems, interactive AI terminals and industrial automation.
A key feature of the POC-960GC Series is support for a low-profile NVIDIA GPU card up to 70W TDP through a PCIe x16 physical slot with Gen4, eight-lane PCIe signalling. This allows the system to combine CPU, NPU and GPU resources in one compact platform. The CPU can handle system control, sensor processing and device coordination, while the GPU can accelerate image processing, deep learning inference and parallel AI workloads. The GPU card should be selected separately based on the required performance, power and thermal configuration.
The system supports up to 32GB DDR5-5600 memory through one SODIMM socket and includes one M.2 2280 M-Key socket using PCIe Gen3 x4 for NVMe SSD storage. Expansion is available through two full-size mini PCIe sockets, with one internal micro SIM socket for wireless or cellular applications. This gives integrators flexibility when adding connectivity or application-specific modules.
Connectivity includes one 2.5GbE port, four Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, HDMI 2.0b, one software-programmable RS-232/422/485 port and 4-channel isolated DI plus 4-channel isolated DO. A PoE version is available with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ support on the four Gigabit Ethernet ports, with a 100W total power budget. With 12V to 35V DC input, remote control or optional ignition power control, wall mounting, MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration standards, and -25°C to 60°C operation depending on CPU TDP and fan configuration, the POC-960GC Series is a strong platform for compact industrial GPU computing.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
