The Advantech PPC-415W-PD7A is the Intel Core i7 configuration of the PPC-415W 15.6-inch fanless industrial panel PC family. Powered by a 13th Generation Intel Core i7-1365URE processor, the system is designed for more demanding HMI, machine control, automation and industrial computing applications requiring additional processing performance alongside flexible I/O and expansion. The Core i7-1365URE incorporates ten processing cores, operates at a 1.70GHz base frequency and can reach up to 4.9GHz with Turbo, while providing 12MB Intel Smart Cache.
The integrated 15.6-inch industrial display provides Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution and 450cd/m² luminance, helping deliver clear visualisation of control interfaces, process information and production data. Its multi-touch projected capacitive touchscreen features a true-flat design and anti-glare coating, while wide viewing angles allow information to remain visible from different operator positions. The front panel is IP66 compliant, and the LED backlight is rated for a minimum operating lifetime of 50,000 hours.
Two DDR5 4800 SODIMM sockets support up to 64GB of system memory, providing scope to configure the PD7A for memory-intensive industrial software and multitasking environments. Storage flexibility is provided by both a 2.5-inch SATA bay and an M.2 2242/2280 M-Key interface supporting SATA or NVMe PCIe x4 storage.
The PPC-415W-PD7A incorporates dual Intel I226LM network controllers supporting Ethernet speeds up to 2.5GbE and Time-Sensitive Networking functionality. This is complemented by three USB 3.2 ports, USB 2.0, HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.4a and multiple serial interfaces. An isolated RS-422/485 connection with auto flow control supports industrial serial equipment, while optional additional serial or GPIO connectivity can further expand the system.
PCIe x4 expansion, optional PCI compatibility and an M.2 E-Key wireless interface allow the system to accommodate additional fieldbus, communications or proprietary cards. TPM 2.0 hardware security is built in, while the wide 9-32VDC power input provides flexibility for industrial power systems. The fanless architecture is specified for operation from -20°C to +60°C and is supported by industrial shock and vibration ratings.
As the Core i7 model in the ordering table, the PPC-415W-PD7A is the natural choice within the range for applications requiring the highest processor performance available from the PPC-415W platform.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
