The tBOX210 is a rail-grade fanless embedded system designed for onboard intelligent surveillance, transportation computing and rolling stock applications that require reliable operation, wide power input and rugged connectivity. Built around the Intel Q670E chipset, the system supports LGA1700 14th, 13th and 12th Gen Intel Core i9, i7, i5 and i3 processors, as well as Celeron options, with CPU TDP support up to 35W. This makes it suitable for train-based NVR systems, onboard video analytics, passenger safety systems, fleet monitoring, edge data collection and other transport applications where long-term stability is essential.
A major strength of the tBOX210 is its rail-focused design. It supports 24V to 110V DC input, making it suitable for different train power environments, and includes intelligent power management with smart ignition. Power protection includes over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage and reverse polarity protection, helping improve reliability in vehicle and rail installations.
For high-bandwidth connectivity, the tBOX210 provides four front-facing M12 X-coded 2.5GbE LAN ports for secure camera connections, plus one rear RJ45 2.5GbE LAN port. It also includes two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, HDMI output, isolated 6-in/2-out DIO, five antenna openings, a remote switch, two Nano SIM slots and expansion options for LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
Storage is available through either two or four internal swappable 2.5 inch 15 mm SATA drive bays, with Intel RAID support depending on SKU. An M.2 Key M 2280 NVMe slot is occupied for OS storage. With fanless construction, aluminium extrusion and heavy-duty steel housing, -40°C to 70°C operation with wide temperature peripherals, EN 50155, EN 45545-2, NFPA 130, CE, LVD and FCC certifications, the tBOX210 is a robust embedded platform for railway surveillance and transport edge computing.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
