The TN-5305A-WV-CT-T offers all the rugged networking benefits of the TN-5305A-WV-T, with the added resilience of a PCB conformal coating. This protective layer shields internal components from moisture, dust, and corrosive elements, making it especially suited for harsh, high-humidity, or chemically exposed environments.
Equipped with five M12 D-coded 10/100BaseT(X) ports, the switch guarantees secure connections resistant to vibration and shock, ideal for rolling stock and industrial automation systems. Like its sibling, it supports auto-negotiation, full/half-duplex, and MDI/MDI-X, ensuring effortless plug-and-play deployment.
With a 768 kbit buffer, 2K MAC address table, and support for reliable packet forwarding, it is optimised for control and monitoring networks. The unit operates from a 24–110 VDC input (16.8–137.5 VDC range) and features reverse polarity, inrush, and overload current protection to safeguard installations.
The IP54-rated die-cast housing is complemented by compliance with EN 50155 railway standards and EN 50121-4 EMC, guaranteeing performance in critical rail and transport environments. Its compact size (62.4 x 125.4 x 37.5 mm) and lightweight build make installation straightforward using wall-mount or optional DIN-rail kits.
Tested for vibration, shock, and wide -40 to 70 °C operating conditions, the TN-5305A-WV-CT-T delivers maximum reliability where uptime is essential. Backed by a 5-year warranty and an MTBF exceeding 6.6 million hours, it ensures long-term value and robust protection for mission-critical Ethernet networks.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
