The TN-5510A-2GTX-WV-T is a managed Ethernet switch designed for rugged rolling stock applications. It offers 10 ports, with 8 Fast Ethernet and 2 Gigabit copper uplinks for high-speed connections to backbone networks or critical onboard devices.
It supports dual 24–110 VDC isolated redundant power inputs, ensuring reliable service during power interruptions. The IP54-rated enclosure, featuring vibration-proof M12 connectors, withstands shock, vibration, EMI, and dust. With an operating temperature range of -40 to 75°C, the switch is fully compliant with EN 50155, EN 50121-4, IEC 60571, IEC 61373, and EN 45545-2 fire safety standards.
Redundancy is achieved through Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain (<20 ms recovery), along with RSTP and MSTP support. Advanced security includes IEEE 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, ACLs, SNMPv3, SSH, and HTTPS. VLANs, QoS, IGMP snooping, and link aggregation optimise traffic handling.
Compact and rugged, the TN-5510A-2GTX-WV-T offers reliable Ethernet connectivity for railway operators requiring secure, high-speed uplinks alongside robust redundancy in harsh conditions.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
