The TN-5510A-2GTX-WV-CT-T is a conformal-coated variant of the TN-5510A switch, providing enhanced protection for railway deployments in humid or corrosive environments. It offers 10 ports, including 8 Fast Ethernet ports and 2 Gigabit copper uplinks for backbone or high-speed device connectivity.
Its conformal coating shields PCBs against moisture and airborne contaminants, extending service life in challenging climates. The switch supports dual redundant 24–110 VDC power inputs and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40 to 75 °C. An IP54-rated enclosure with rugged M12 connectors ensures secure, vibration-proof connections in rolling stock environments.
Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain redundancy provide recovery in under 20 ms, while RSTP and MSTP enable integration into standards-based topologies. Security functions include IEEE 802.1X, HTTPS, SSH, TACACS+, RADIUS, ACLs, and SNMPv3. Traffic management includes VLANs, quality of service, IGMP snooping, and link aggregation.
Certified to EN 50155, EN 50121-4, IEC 60571, IEC 61373, and EN 45545-2, the TN-5510A-2GTX-WV-CT-T combines high-speed Gigabit uplinks with environmental protection, making it ideal for rail operators needing reliable connectivity in corrosive or humid deployment sites.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
